What type of wallpapers do you mainly use for your desktop (if any)? [Finished]

I think I got first vote, for "flowers". :-)

Fantasy landscapes for mine, tropical/forest landscapes for the one I set up for the folks.

I think your rule is broken :P

Anyway, every few months I hit 4chan /wg and spend like 2h just browsing all the wallpapers and downloading the ones I like.
The categories I look for are:

• landscapes
• futuristic
• gaming related
• giant machines
• wild animals

Then I put all that crap in one folder and set Windows to shuffle them every 10 minutes :)

I mostly use landscapes of nature, water, or beaches for some reason.

Landscapes or game art.
Right now I'm using a screenshot from The vanishing of Ethan Carter and backgrounds from The Child of Light on my laptop. Before that I was using the official wallpaper with Bismarck from Final fantasy FFXIV and before that a post apocalyptic green urban scenery.

I usually use either landscapes or classic motorsports, right now it's landscapes. I collect an album and let windows change the background once every few hours.

Mostly anime and games, I guess

• Fantasy.
• Landscape.

I usually take screenshots from games, then use photoshop to remove the HUD elements of the game and add it to a folder. Then i have set that folder as screenshot folder and my pc will change the pictures from that folder in every 3 minutes. I mostly take screenshots from simulators, realistic looking strategy games, or simply good looking games. (some example games: DCS World, Total War series, Metro series, Project Cars....)

Right now I'm using the landscape of Life is Strange as a background.
It's usually video game related or nature with either landscapes or animals.

I really like those ones. Or just some random nature wallpapers I find on the internet :)

Mostly NSFW wallpaper ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I have left my systems at default for years now. Though, when I have to use Windows, I set it to solid blue or black.

Mainly fantasy and scifi artwork, sometimes landscapes of those settings, I also have a lot of wallpapers that came with gog games, mainly fantasy rpg wallpapers and concept art from there.
edit: I just have a folder of wallpapers that I have on shuffle, also ignore the deleted comment above mine, my internet messed up and sent my comment twice.

This is my wallpaper for both my laptops and my desktop PC. Still not sure which category it is.

I used to have solid black but an icon program had a nice slightly blue starry galaxy background( which is still mostly black) that I took a liking to and have been using for half a year now. It seems I'd fail this GA for not having wishlisted early enough anyways though :(

I change my wallpapers quite often, mostly video game related.
