If you've ever whitelisted someone, why did you do it?

I mostly white list people for "quality" comments... Because I prefer to get "quality" comments...

Kindness in the forum.
Sticking up for what's right in the forum.
Making me laugh in the forum.

In most of these people in the giveaways of which I won.)
Friends and good people also.)

Keep your friends close, and your enemies even closer. That way when their bodies show up and if you come under the gaze of the authorities you can show they were your besties and not your nemesis.

Mostly people who I like for whatever reason. Sometimes because they whitelisted me first. Sometimes because I absolutely hate the person and I want them to have a chance to win Postal 3

I have four people in my whitelist.
One is a very generous gifter here, two are very close friends of mine and the last is not only awesome, but really hard to chase in GT6 :v

i find the whole concept of a whitelist/blackklist inappropriate, at least the blacklist part, there is probably a good reason there is no "dislike" button on facebook or any other sites that i know of, seems to create a divide among the users of the forum as far as i have seen, but anyway >.>

i whitelisted someone because i thought they were a very decent individual and I would like to get as many of those types of people on mine then maybe i can do a whitelist GA to show my appreciation
