Thx, I checked Humble, but only weekly bundles since I know they mostly come out on Tuesday , but didn't check Monthly as I can't affor Monthly games atm :'(.
Low on money since Corona hit, everything stayed the same or more expensive but no money & dad lost his job when Corona started so less funds coming in... :( :/

All the games that person gives away are different devs and publishers, so unlikely.
What is more likely is that game has had a lot of giveaways from people in the CIS region, so like "Lovely Anna" post above it might be russian magazine or even CIS keyshops.

Big problem with that coupon is that it doesn't apply build-a-bundles, not a lot to get free with it.
