Why toolbar showing one badge, but have not any new won giveaway?

Toolbar showing a new badge.
I click into the won page.
But won page no show the new giveaway.
I have no idea how to received.

Look back the other pages, there probably will be a unused/not marked as received key for a game you won NOW because someone had to reroll a giveaway that ended long ago.
