That monitor is 24" (1920x1200) and is rather decent size for the viewing distance. No reson for a bigger one - the GPU won't handle +full HD resolution that well and larger screen with the same resolution won't look that nice IMO. But I might pick up another screen to be able to use more programs at once.

I do have a larger tv (of good quality) on bench behind me (not that far away) so If i need a bigger screen I can just move the keyboard/mouse/gamepad and turn around :)

Thank you! I think it's awesome! It is very comfortable, but it becomes quite warm when the sun is shining directly on it. Luckily, there is a gap at the bottom of the backs, so I usually put a fan here to keep my ass cool :)

Yeah, you probably should be ashamed of yourself. My laptop is heavily used and loved (It is like 3 or 4 years old and has been used literally every day and on for almost that entire period) and not some show piece to impress people. I'd personally prefer if it was matte instead of glossy, but I'm not gonna risk damaging it trying to polish it so that it looks good in the event of a sudden bright flash of light (cause that happens often during normal use[/sarcasm]).

It works, and works well. That's all I am concerned about, not useless aesthetics.
