Thats enough to run all of the latest games for sure, but definitely not maxed out. If you can i'd get a 2500k cpu instead.

Then you'll need a better GPU I guess, though since we don't have rel infos on the game, not for sure. Maybe they have an extreme optimisation...nah, don't count on it.

Then wait for the specs to be released, then you will know if you are able to run it.

you don't really need 8 gigs of ram. It would be better to get better quality ram instead.
And this guy doesn't have enough money for a 570

GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores Limited Edition is better and cheaper then GTX 570

Uh, no. More cores != better performance in gaming.
Get an Intel i5 2500k, and a 7850 to go along with it.
Use this guide to find a decent computer for your price, not too sure if I can just use bbcode to make it clickable so here you go.

You should be able to run anything out there on that rig. Maybe not on ultra high settings, but at least fairly high. It seems to me that people are building systems that they wont ever have a use for in the computers lifespan. Sure its nice to say you have the most bada** rig around, but what can you really do with it that I cant?

Looks fine to me. Couple brands I've never seen but it looks like they're russian. PSU has two +12v rails @ 25A, that should handle a 560 fine. You could go for DDR3 1600 ram instead of 1333 as that is usually the sweetspot for SB/IB CPUs. As for the cooler, look into the hyper 212 evo, it's ridiculously cheap and a great performer. And lasty, you ask will you be able to run the latest games. The answer is yes, however, how well it runs largely depends on what resolution you'll be playing at. So what's your monitors native res?

2500K cpu will be a lot better and id get faster ram, corsair do cheap vengeance ram with 1866mhz. Also what case, i run haf x with stock fans and the cooling is perfect.

There's absolutely no way a i5 2310 will bottleneck a single 560. He's GPU limited in this case, although the i5 2310 is locked it'd be fine in most if not all single GPU configs.

The i5 2310 is more than enough to complement the other parts of your rig. Don't worry about the CPU.

my opinion is that the processor could be better (id get a 3570K or a 3550K) , you dont need a special cooler for that one but if you get one of the ones I said yeah. get 8 GB RAM 1600 (2x4GB),kingmax is a bad brand, id get gskill, kingston or corsair, it's worthed. Get an Asus P8H77-V board and the power supply might be too small, I'd get 600W at least, brands NOX, Thermaltake, corsair or tacens.

better to stretch your wallet atleast on the PSU, or you could end up with a smoking pc

The MHz of Ram makes little little difference if any at all, Your cpu is just fine, I still run a Q6600 and run most games on high/max. Everything else looks great, you should be able to max anything besides maybe 1 or 2 games you might need to run on high/very high, people over exaggerate whats needed to run games, truth is not many games are pushing boundaries lately anyways...
On second thought at 1600x1200 you should for sure be able to max out anything.

Plus going by rumors(Yeah I know, could be super wrong) it doesn't have anything even on this build or most high end builds in general.

no one can give you a perfect answer, all computers are different and parts don't always work as well as they claim, then there's the issue of what you install on it and what drivers you run... and so on...
your processor isn't the fastest (for playing games) and there are faster ram speeds available (although i'm not sure whether there is any noticable difference between 1333 and 1600 mhz)
One thing i would note is make sure the power supply is strong enough, is 550w enough to run everything?

Going by the list you provided im pretty confident you will be able to run pretty new games like BF3 on high at 30-40 fps maybe not ultra and anything newer or more demanding you may have to consider an upgrade again. Just make sure the PSU has adequate power to run everything
