I was kind of hoping for the Tales from Candlekeep base game. ☹

I'm really disappointed by this bundle. I bought it asap, but I see, they are giving mostly:
a) DLC to free games
b) DLC to paid games, without giving the game
So actually, they gave way less than they said. DLC should be all free, except for very huge ones (like Witchers for example) that gives REALLY big stuff, not some cosmetic changes.
I'm mad at them. It's bundle for 35$ and yet they are so stingy.
Comment has been collapsed.
It's a 100% charity bundle. Keep that in mind. No one profits from it, not Humble, not the game publishers.
Comment has been collapsed.
Why does this matter? I don't care if this is a charity or not. I bought bundle for games. If I wanted to give 35$ to charity, I would do so without Humble Bundle.
And yes, Humble Bundle does profit from this. Not money, but the respect. They are those good guys that gives free games. So I wouldn't say such things. Not getting money doesn't mean You get nothing. Sometimes fame or what it is called is more important.
I bought this bundle because they promised GAMES every day. DLC is NOT a game. It's addon FOR a game. So they actually lied. Most of this stuff is worthless DLC. I hope they will give games that they gave DLCs for, cause I'm not gonna buy games just because someone "gave" ma DLCs for it.
Also games aren't that good either. Bundles I bought last times for the same price gave me... 70 games? And not DLC. I don't remember how many games were in it, but ammount of games were greater and the quality too. Now they gave some ranom games and random DLC. There are few exception of better games... but few is not enough. Not for 35$. And they did great not to tell what games will be in it... because they knew it's all DLCs.
I don't understand people who can't get why people are mad by this deception.
Comment has been collapsed.
I understand you're disappointed because of the average quality of the games and you feel deceived because some of the unlocks are DLCs. What I don't understand is why people buy a charity bundle for the games, without knowing what the games are.
Comment has been collapsed.
The answer is simple. People thought it'd be as rgeat bundle as the last ones. I mean that charity bundles. Yet they gave mostly DLC's -.-

Well, last year's Yogcast was nothing stellar, but it was all right. The Freedom Bundle, that was a good one!
Comment has been collapsed.
I don't remember the names, but one of my first Humble Bundles was a big one with tons of great games. Maybe it was Freedom Bundle.
I wanted to check this but I haven't got this in my purchases history. Fortunately they hinted that some bundles could be mine because of e-mail adress. And it was a Freedom Bundle I see. Oh, I know why... It's because my friend bought this because I haven't got money that time, so I could give the money back later.
I thought this will be sth like Care Package or Freedom Bundle, that's why I actually bought it. At least there are few games in it.
Comment has been collapsed.
If you want to refresh your memory, here's the Freedom Bundle thread.
Comment has been collapsed.
No, I'm sure it was Freedom Bundle, cause I just claimed this as Humble just suggested it can be mine because of same e-mail. And I see from games that it's that bundle. I want more bundles like that. Next time I won't buy Yogcast Bundle without knowing the games... I won't make the same mistake. But maybe they will give some good games later, with no more DLCs.
Comment has been collapsed.
I agree. There's always someone selling/trading games from bundles like these anyway.
Comment has been collapsed.
Fair enough. Like I said, I think last year's bundle was ok but nothing special.
Comment has been collapsed.
I am in complete agreement.
I bought early this year because last year was pretty good. This year has been just gross. And "giving away" DLC for games without giving away the game? That's a new kind of low. Talk about a bait and switch. There's nothing charitable about giving something away that requires a purchase to use, and I'm kinda shocked to see Humble Bundle pioneering this sort of thing.
I guess none of the above should've been a surprise, with IGN having bought Humble Bundle, but I don't know f I'll ever really understand why a company would buy an entity that really only exists as a brand, then promptly ruin the brand.
Comment has been collapsed.
If I knew the bundle was so bad I'd rather pay $40 directly to the charity.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, that's more or less what you did. You gave 35 (40?) bucks to the charity and you got some games as a bonus. :)
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah, but I can't help but to have the feeling HB is winning something over this (conspiracy theory much?). Anyway, at least I know the money IS actually going to the charity.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, like Eyrie pointed out, they win visibility, traffic and the good publicity of a charity event,

You forgot the most important thing: A roughly 5 million dollar tax deductable donation in their name that doesn't cost them anything since they are not matching donations (unlike the Care package Bundle a while ago where they donated 300 grand of their own money) and the games are donated by developers.

Yay! Headlander!
I'm glad I got something I wanted out of this. )
Oh, wait... I forgot I already bought it for myself. P

... so many DLC XD
most useless cause the base game isn't included.
^^ seriously who's to blame, HB(aka IGN), yogcast or is it the new devs/pulishers trend to be "charitable" starting by themselves (let's just put the DLC, so they'll have to buy our game !)

I'll take Guild Wars 2 Heroic Edition if you still have it.

Hi may I have the Blade and Soul key if it’s still available?

Hi do you still have it? I got some messages from you but can’t view them anymore. Sorry I have been busy lately

Sure, let me wait till the giveaway is finished, as it has no entries anyway:

Or you can also enter it, as you'd be the only one :D

So far, out of this bundle, I've kept four games - Q.U.B.E., Garry's Mod, ReThink, and Headlander. All together they would've passed 35 dollars, so I feel as if I got a good value from this bundle - not to mention how much my level has risen giving away all the stuff I don't want.
I've really enjoyed waiting until noon every day to see what's new, even if it's not something I'd want to keep.
That makes me wonder, though - will the bundle's value be reduced after all the games are out? or is this bundle exempt, like the Humble Monthly games are exempt?
Comment has been collapsed.
If my calculations are correct: in order for it to have reduced value, the bundle would need to cost more than $700.
According to Yogscast, the retail value of the bundle is $600. I am not sure yet if they consider the non-Steam items in that amount, but either way SG should take only the retail value of the Steam items (which will probably be less than $600)
Comment has been collapsed.
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and letting me know. I don't think it'd make a lot of sense to look at non-steam items for that amount, either. I guess we'll have to see, but I feel reasonably secure I'll keep the level progress I've made as I've made it.

Chime Sharp, Robocraft 'Jingle Jam Pack' and Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found.
In Robocraft's description says:
3 Days Premium which unlocks more paint colours for use in the editor, doubles rate of experience level progression, triples Robit recycle rates and grants an exclusive mothership design
Once those 3 days are over, the previously unlocked content it's locked again 'till I get premium one more time?
Comment has been collapsed.
How can I add this DLC to Robocraft? Cause it's not steam key and I can't find anything like that in game.
Comment has been collapsed.
It's not a DLC, it's a code you must use in-game.
Comment has been collapsed.
The gave no instruction how to redeem the code. And this link You sent me doesn't work. "You have no permission to view this page". So that's why I ask. I already checked this link.

Wow, I'm so glad I didn't stump up for this this year.

$876 worth of awesome stuff
Retail (so far):
$345.63
Less than half...
Comment has been collapsed.
Keep in mind that $876 includes prices for the non-Steam items too, while in the chart I add consider only the Steam items.
It will probably be around $600 (Steam) in the end, like Yogscast announced.

Uffff... good to know. Humble Bundle didn't bother to mention this in their official post about region locks.

Anybody have Guild Wars 2 Path of Fire 25% discount code for me ?
