What do you guys think of NVIDIA Shield? Most people would argue that it is useless, whilst I also see no real productive use for the NVIDIA Shield, it would be a cool device to have.

Thank you, but it really isn't that hard to copy and paste the link into the URL :P

It also really isn't hard to host a phpBB forum. I don't understand the desire for inferior forum technology.

Why would I want to stream games from my PC with a big screen, m&k, to a small handheld when I'm at home?

It is completely useless. It's basically a super bulky overpriced Tegra 4 phone with an unremovable attatched gamedpad on it. Think about it. In 6 months or so the Tegra 4 phones will come out, you can get splashtop THD and get one of those gamepad attatchments and boom, your own "shield" which doubles as a phone. And who wants to throw $300 bucks on this thing just for the "convenience" of having a smaller 5 inch screen(NOT convenient at all) and to sit on the couch. You can just hook your PC up to the TV, just saying. This thing is pretty much useless.

Just so you guys know the shield must stream from a PC with a mega gpu like the gtx 660 and you must be within wifi range so no you cannot play skyrim on the train.
