I had a redline well-worn and went to sell during a price influx, and changed my mind, removing the listing as the steam market went down. When I reloaded steam my gun was not on the market anymore nor did it go back to my inventory... Please help me !!

It should appear once everything resolves itself. Once the market is back up check and see if it is still listed somehow. Also check your sold list, make sure it didnt sell and you didnt notice.

Is it one of you most valuables skins? Make sure you at least have email confirmation of trades on just in case.

e: if it is really lost due to valve's fault somehow they will replace it, but it might take ages dealing with steam support to do. This is super highly unlikely though, just wait for it to reappear.

Yeah I wouldnt worry too much man, you should be good. Just in case, if you dont have email confirmation on, check your trade history to be sure somebody didnt get access to your account and snake it. You can view it by going to you item inventory, clicking the blue "Trade Offers" button in the upper right, then "View trade history" in the menu to the right.

Make sure you have trade confirmation on by going to your profile -> Edit Profile -> Privacy Settings -> make sure the last one is Enabled. If its not on and stuff gets stolen from you valve probably wont help, fyi! Also make sure your steam account name is NOT your profile name, and that your email has a different password.
