I am sure I missed a few of them.

What a quaint concept, I don't think I've come across something like this before. I wasn't sure what was important or what was actually needed at first but I muddled through in the end and found all the giveaways (I think). Cheers for your generosity and the neat little diversion!

Do I just need the first page of the survey or are there coming more pages after answering the first one? Because I found two giveaways and have imagination issues where more could be hidden ^^'

I wasn't sure if people would like me to widely share what they posted so I won't, but thanks to everyone who sent something! I enjoyed looking or listening to them all. :) Also, to the person writing a 85k word novel in Turkish, best of luck on preparing a story for your competition!
