I don't think there is a sense. Over the average basically means that big part of the community will meet the criteria, meaning tens-hundreds of thousands of users - so what is the point really in making such a group? not to mention how impossible it would be to manage and moderate snythong useful in group so big.

are you sure? theres about 940k users, in which 97k are lvl 1, so like 80-85% are lvl 0 (never made a giveaway, mainly not so exclusive accounts). People with more games, the more "elite" SG users are basically the ones making giveaways, so lvl 1+.
Anyway, my point is out of almost 1m users, about 100k is the real maximum of eople getting in the gruop, but stll, i dont believe even that 100k will come. We'll see how it goes

Co do tych tu waszych dywagacji: Zelg, nie wydaje mi się żeby "big part" spełniała kryteria. Dane które rzucił Yakuza powyżej + szybki rzut oka na screeny niektórych osób (w tym także Twój) i widać że średnia jest niewątpliwie sztucznie podpompowana.
No chyba że masz jakieś konkretne dane z których wynika że rzeczywiście gros użytkowników jest powyżej średniej, pokaż, zwrócę honor.
Yakuza tak prawdę mówiąc te te Twoje dane takie trochę z duy. Znaczy, pomijając fakt że boty, nieaktywni użytkownicy etc. to samo patrzenie na lvl nic Ci nie mówi o faktycznym stanie posiadania. Sam nie raz widziałem użytkowników którzy mieli w ciul nawygrywane, tony gier na koncie i żadnego wysłanego giba. Z drugiej widziałem też takich którzy mimo pierdyliarda wysłanych gier mieli zaledwie kilka na koncie bo mieli to w co na prawdę grają a nie tony darmowego góna nakradzionego tylko po to żeby mieć albo dlatego że akurat keye za darmo gdzieś rozdawali.

No i widzisz? 9h później wyniki z ankiety dają nam 17 na tak i 89 na nie (z których podejrzewam większość to frajerzy którzy liczyli na darmo gry ale się nie kwalifikują) a sama grupa ma 11 członków. Over average doesnt mean this. It depends on the distribution. If it's extremely skewed few people are above the average. If you consider median then 50% are ofc above it.

Im thinking about giveaways, for more like "approved" users, so lvl 1 bots or just completely random users dont snipe away our games. Look at me, i am only lvl 2, though i do much giveaways (90 games). In lvl 2 there is alot people anyway, so my luck is still quite small in winning (you can see it in my "won" giveaways), it would be a bit better if all us collectors, could actually collect the games a bit easier than just random people. Im not saying we shouldnt give games to less "approved" users, they deserve games too, but they will always have giveaways to participate in anyways.
And giveaways wont be the only benefit of the group, ill do some work on it when my home internet works

Aha, I jeszcze taka drobna sugestia: to sprawdzanie wartości konta screenami z sg taki trochę lipne jest. Znaczy, łatwo to oszukać. Ten mój screen na przykład. Patrz Ty go. Czy widać po tym że to na pewno moje konto? Mogłem komuś screena podpierdzielić, wyciąć kawałek i powiedzieć że mój. Już o bardziej zaawansowanych metodach manipulacji obrazem nie wspominam. Nie lepiej sprawdzać ludzi takim na przykład kalkulatrorem ze steamdb?

What's so hard to believe about this thread?
Is it that the majority of the OP's GA's are promotional keys or the fact that the other games he has done GA's with are pure garbage collected from the bottom of the 99 cent bargain bin yet feels he should be viewed as a more 'elite' level 2 member of the site (since it has taken him over 1 year to get to level 2 but brags about those 90 GA's he created) based on his steam library value? Or is it that the people who are applying are the proud recipients of (on average from what I viewed) over $3,000+ of free games won right here at SG?
I mean, it couldn't possibly be a combination of the two could it?
At least the other new steam group that Devirk started actually is based on game utilization and not some arbitrary 'my account has a high value' but one of the screen caps provided above has a game utilization of under 20%.... oh ok, that guy probably needs some more free titles... am i right? lol
I kind of get this feeling like a large portion of the community here is pretty rotten to the core and my stay on this site may very well be a limited time only - not that anyone here would care ;)

you will find all kinds of people here, from the best to the worst. it's what a place that let's people get free things spawns.
try to find what suits you on sg, and avoid the rest. either with groups, lists, or other ways to limit access to your games.
there's no point in fighting everyone (i do it all the time and it's futile), just enjoy whatever you like here instead. :3

Hey guys, i recently (literally 5 minutes ago), got my account value higher than the average SG user.

So anyways, i am thinking of making a group for the lucky ones, who are over the average in account value, compared to the "average" SG user.
