Are there 7 games in the bundle as stated or less? Because the previous bundles had less than 7 games but I don't remember the exact description from past years.
Also, is it really worth it that someone might have high expectations for a good game? since it's quite obvious that there are going to have rebundled games?

Even with rebundles this is a good deal, even the "trash" is good! Also, id expect there to be 1 "big" game, that doesn't necessarily mean a big price. Also, you can be certain you'll get a FF game as well, which is definitely worth the £5 price point.
As for 7 games, "yes", expect to see an MMO subscription and a double pack or something.

Yes, it says you'll lose the right to refund when you unlock the activation code. I assume they made request buttons this time (like bundle sites) and won't just mail out the codes, so you should be fine.
If you want to be extra careful, just don't open the download page for the bundle and wait until someone posts the Games here, then decide if you want to keep them or not.
Also, if they reveal the games today, you'll have a whole day to refund it before the codes arrive.

I think that's a typo. It would make no sense whatsoever to reveal the games and not give the codes at the same time, so only one of those release dates is correct. They need to fire their web copyeditor.

Well, EU buyers could ask for a refund while US ones cannot, so It could be: EU reveal today on the site, US reveal tomorrow by sending keys via mail (and this mean you cannot refund it because your keys are "unlocked")
