Well, once again, It's not coming home, I'm used to watch this kind of England that excites for moments and then It crumbles, the sports media back there destroys them every tournament, same happens here with our national team. Watching Harry Kane miss the second penalty was ironic. England is like that Neil Diamond song "love on the rocks". Watching that chubby boy cry really got me :(

I really liked Japan and Korea's performances on the group stages, those were some of the most fun matches I've watched in a while, too bad, they both got destroyed by better teams, but in my opinion they can leave with their heads high.
Argentina vs Netherlands was a mess of a game, too much bad blood between the teams, and well, I wouldn't say the referee was perfect, at least the match was over without injuries or fights and that already was something. Argentina will have it hard because they got so many yellow cards they'll be missing a few people for their match vs Croatia.
France was on a class of it's own, except they didn't have to do those faults that ended up in penalties, sadly for Kane he missed the last one, but, no goal outside of the penalties was basically admitting France played better, and they did. If France gives away free penalties going forward, they have high chances of losing imo.
A shame Ronaldo will end his career without a world cup, but, he'll still be remembered as one of the best players of all time, as for the Morocco team, they're having the time of their lives, at the end, this is supposed to be FIFA's mission, to grow football everywhere, and the performances put by Asia and Africa show that football is indeed growing.
I've watched a few world cups before, but, this is the wildest one so far, close matches, dark horses and upsets left and right, my original prediction was an Argentina VS Brasil semifinal and France and Portugal, with really any of the 4 having a chance for the cup, now, it's really up in the air, France might have better chances still, but, I don't think anyone is having an easy match going forward. I could see Croatia beating Argentina and Morocco advancing, sounds unlikely, but not impossible.

I don't know about this world cup being the wildest one.
I felt that we have had many really boring games to watch as a neutral fan.
From the point, I enjoyed watching the games much more in 2018.
Like you said, we have an interesting final four.
with 2 teams that most would have predicted to be there.
The other teams are not without chances but I feel a final Argentina - France is coming.

He's lucky he didn't get sent off. I feel like France might underestimate Morocco, but they took out European powers Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. Is France next?

If France keeps handing over penalties, they'll definitely lose, I wouldn't underestimate Morocco either way, they got there for a reason. At this point is really hard to predict who will advance, I believe France and Croatia have slightly better odds of advancing, but we'll only know for sure after the matches end.

That's the reason why I think France is going to make it passed Morocco,
3 big nations have fallen against them and so France won't underestimate them. ( I hope)
Also the thing with Morocco is that they have done a lot of surviving against the other teams and then score their goal.
But what will happen if a team scores first against them.
If France scores first I would like to see how Morocco can respond then.
At least I am happy Morocco made it this far. It's boring to see semi finals with 3 or 4 European teams.

France for the 2018 rematch at the final. I just hope Morocco can give us a great performance because Croatia was such a letdown in this semi final. Messi deserves the World Cup and It's his last chance. They say It's already fixed for him but that's insane.
