steamgifts doesn't seem to update groups for some reason? It still has the old logo and we have twice as many members as what it says

Actually, you said "As long as you can see the giveaways then everything is all good" but in fact I can not see the giveaways, nor join one. Can you submit a request steamgifts to fix the bug so it properly updates the group? Thanks. 🐐

Does the Whitelist take effect immediately? I'm still getting the error:

Seems really strange as other people are joining without issues?

I assume something just isn't updating correctly? As your on my whitelist so they should counter any issues with the group.

BigDave, after dinner, I rebooted my laptop, then cleared my browser cache etc. Now I am happy to say I AM a member of this group. So, now you can suggest clearing the browser cache to others that have the problem. Thanks. 😎
