Steam new logo and inestability for Beta users

havent noticed it and havent been asked to update

I have the Beta update and it has worked normally for me to what I can tell the change is just cosmetic

Nope, everything works for me so far. They even changed the steam interface a bit as well.

I personally think the new play button is looking horrible.

Now you can hide games in your library.

I don't like that blue gradient and green buttons. Works even faster than before though so it's fine.

EDIT: I absolutely love new player icons!

Going to grab a skin right now. Never used one before but I find the new UI just awful.
Hiding games is nice though! In case anyone is wondering, you can unhide games here.

I cant update games too, thanks to Dota 2(probably). And i dont have beta steam.

Thank you! After the steam beta update it was impossible to use steam or play dota from all the stuttering until I removed that stupid 0 byte update from the list

Beta client is working great for me, but I don't have DOTA2 installed.
Nice tweaks to the UI, but I still prefer http://metroforsteam.com/ as a Skin instead of the default layout (even if it's slightly improved now). ^^

New theme is uglier and buggier than before :(.

Yep. I love the new theme, although it needs more polish before release. The play buttons have this ridiculous gradient that makes it impossible to tell where the button ends. Everything in general needs more borders. The font size has been made too small. Text needs more contrast. Circular logo looks terrible, go back to squares but keep the nice gloss/bluepurple effect on it. Still looks slick though.
