There was no sale; rather, there was a giveaway that has currently run out of games to "giveaway", so to speak. :P It was a reward if you voted in the Golden Joystick awards.

You should realize that there is a difference between Civilization V and Civilization V Gold. And OP did not say that there where a lot of Civ V Gold giveaways.

Do you have your filter on? Thats the "Filter out games you already own" filter.
Because I see you already own Civ 5. If you own Civ 5, and the filter is on, all you'll see is Civ 5 Gold.
