Technically, yes, every sale with items gets assigned an ID, so you can use them to reconstruct Points Shop links, which, however, are empty since they pre-date it, meaning the items are currently unavailable since they're untradable and unmarketable:

Sadly the DLCs aren't, and haven't been since June 2019... coincidentally just a few months before the remaster's release.
Now I really do regret not buying them back then thinking they'd go on sale again.
Might as well get the Definitive Edition for a similar price... which is definitely their plan. Not mine though, I'm fine with the classic.

DE is definitively better, actually having multiplayer that people play without pissing about on Voobly is so nice. New civs are pretty great too once they've been out for a few months and reigned in, Poles are absolute monsters, Flemish Revolution is hilarious and they got rid of Obsidian Arrows \o/ Can't really argue with anyone who says fuck no to shady business practices but if you wanna play Aoe2 is far and away the best edition.

They are good for comparing the price with other stores to see if it has been (or is currently) cheaper elsewhere. Not all of the stores here provide the games on Steam (some have their own launcher), but still a useful resource.

It is able to notify of historical lows, though it would take a bit of effort to do so on each game that you're interested in:
- Look up a game on ITAD and look at the listed historical low price it provides for the storefront you are interested in
- Click "Wait for Better Price"
- In the pop-up change the price under "Notify me each time a game has..." to the historical low price from the storefront you're interested in.
- Tick/untick the storefronts until it has only the ones that you are interested in.
- Under "...but only if..." tick the box for "it can be activated on Steam" (if that matters to you)
- Click "Add to my waitlist"
Otherwise, SteamDB sales is great because you can tick "Show only historical lows" and "Show only matching lows" before searching, then order by discount, price, or rating (depending on how you want to view the list).

Whelp, I was going to point out that "7 stickers available" doesn't at all contradict "only 4 that you can claim", but the line of "If a Steam user visits the Steam Points shop and obtains a Sticker during each of the seven (7) 24-hour periods, that Steam User will have obtained all of the Stickers available through the Giveaway.", along with the corresponding event date range given in that same section, do make it rather clear that you should be able to claim all 7 stickers.
Well, to be fair, the announcement you linked seems to have only listed four stickers with the intention of them being a sampling, rather than them being a comprehensive selection, so even if the presentation could have been more clear, I don't think it's especially misleading, either.

You're right, and the countdown (24h) underscores that it will be 7 stickers. But I do think it is somewhat confusing and could have easily been phrased better.
