No games have made me cry, even a little. But, there is an anime that made me cry... a lot. That was One Piece. Both from sadness and happiness!

Cry Of Fear... Ba Dum Tsss

There have been a few parts in Borderlands 2 so far that have gotten me close.
Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time is another, but the end to Enslaved is the only one that's had me actually shed tears.

I think the most recent game that made me feel something in terms of strong emotion was Bastion. I didn't cry, but I was very much moved by the narrative.

DMC4 was quite heart-touching for me.

Almost cried at Mass Effect 2 worst ending.

There were moments in Tales of Symphonia that were pretty emotional. FF XIII as well.

Kingdom Hearts franchise for me.

I finished To the Moon earlier today. I may have shed a tear or two.

Not a game... (although they did make a couple which I never played), but the manga/anime Full Metal Alchemist made me a little emotional at times - no tears though - I'm a man.

At least once during every Metal Gear Solid aside from the first one. Two and four were the saddest. I played To the Moon and really didn't like it. It just didn't suck me in.

Cry? none, but close to making me have a certain emotion, i'd say Bastion, and MGS3 probably as well.
