not particularly about Planar, they tried to charge me after I already bought deal 2, but auto charge in paypal was off )) , ticket was from the start of the sale, they confirmed that I active sub and key will be sent "soon", I wrote that I close thread after I receive key , they wrote me to confirm receive after I get it

Didn't have any information about it from people who recently subscribed but people who subscribed at the beginning of the deal say everything is ok now (except some people haven't received Planar Conquest yet but it is not important in your case) :)

Lol, I tried to purchase the bundle via paysafecard (no way in hell am I giving them a chance to charge me four times by giving them paypal or even credit card, but they won't even take the money it always just immediatly closes the popup saying the transaction failed without even letting me enter the paysafecard code.
wrote to support and at first they wanted all my private data without answering my question and then when I told them to just fix their site and they don't need my email phone number location etc for that, they told me that my email provider wasn't accepted!
so instead of the site telling me use another email provider yours isn't accepted it just says transaction failed. such bad programming!
Edit: in the end it worked :) got my keys immediatly after payment and redeeming went fine.

Thank you for your subscription. You have to receive those keys before 29th of May 2017. The keys are already on your G2A.COM account, to view them click the “Get your keys” button below.
When the next G2A Deal edition starts, you will get automatic notification e-mails about recurring payments. You can deactivate the subscription here.

When you click on the link from the e-mail it takes you to the G2A Deal page but there is also a small blue bar are the top of the webpage with a link to get the Planar Conquest Key, it was not obvious at first.
Have you tried this? Not sure if I understood you right though.

When i bought the G2A Deal i got the mail from them , but in their site when i go to G2A Deals to see my subscription - it is "inactive" , do they give me Planar Conquest or no ? Because in my mail it say - thank you for your subscription , but in the site say "inactive"

I would say I'm still waiting for Planar Conquest but after they charged me 4 times for this stupid bundle I won't be holding my breath.
Definitely done with this company entirely. It can go f**k its grey market self and I hope indie devs keep giving its staff hell whenever they have the gumption (or are stupid enough) to attend game conferences.

I think the message about keys expiring may have been a lie. I had a DiRT Showdown key from this bundle and a DiRT 3 key from the previous bundle that I just activated on an alt account as a test. Those keys did NOT expire, so maybe the other ones didn't either.

People, don't panic. It's just a mistake on G2A side. They've just started this feature so I'm not even surprised they could make a mistake or they haven't been prepared for everything. I'm sure they'll resolve your problems, just write a ticket and be patient. They have probably like hundreds of thousands people sending tickets right now + they have to resolve the issue with third-party player like Pay-Pal too I guess.Okay you can start to panic now xD Such a mess.
