If your Paypal is linked to a credit/debit card, then after the refund has been sent it will be up to your bank to complete the transaction. This might take up to 28 days.

Apparently complaining a lot to the customer service gets shit done, because as soon as I sent second complaint about wrong voice number they refunded me back on Paypal. And from Paypal to credit card it takes 2 working days for my bank.

Is G2A really that crappy? Never heard of them before but bought the bundle to get Epistory and Hue. Only bought the one-time buy, got all my keys immediately, was charged only once so far and didn't even confirm my e-mail address. So I should be fine, right? <.<

They were known as "shady reseller" and they working to prove themselves right now. They had some issues due to some problems with their IT system AFAIK but it seems they slowly resolving it :) For me personally it is just a mistake that can happen, sure a bit frustrating and unprofessional, but still - just a mistake. But everybody can have different opinion on this :)

Thanks for the info, you two! :) Well, I always like to form my own opinion and to me that provider seems just as reliable as Bundlestars etc. so far. But I didn't like having to give a postal address (they don't think people are being honest there, do they?), so I probably won't buy there in the future anyway except for some absolutely devine deal maybe. :D

just raise a complaint with the payment provider stating failure to provide purchased goods - your funds should be returned then - or check that they actually took the money, as last time I had a cancelled order they just didn't take the money in the first place :P - even though their invoice suggested they had !

if that is what you payed with, then yes - never buy anything from there myself without using paypal though - as they are alot easier to raise a claim through than a credit card - but if you used credit card then raise a ticket with G2A asking for the return of the monies within x amount of time - after which point if they haven't returned the monies then you will instruct your card issuer to do a chargeback - that costs G2A money so they should refund :)

it's called a "subscribe". it's not like a normal buy, when you bought the 1st deal, you subscribed to the G2A deals. so you have 2 choices, keep this subscription (getting charged for every deal) or unsub (and stop receiving deals & getting charged)

Yep just got mine, just to clarify.....
When you click on the link from the e-mail it takes you to the G2A Deal page but there is also a small blue bar are the top of the webpage with a link to get the Planar Conquest Key, it was not obvious at first.

Got my Planar Conquest key (and my refund for the double-purchase.) I'm kind of torn. This is a trainwreck, but so far both bundles have had pretty decent games if you can manage G2A's ineptitude, and they have at least been responsive when there are problems. At the end of the day, I've spent ~$5 so far for a bunch of wishlished games, which isn't bad.
I'm still a bit confused as to why the Superhot devs made this the first bundle they were available in, though. I mean, given the buzz for that game, it could have easily been the headliner of a Humble Bundle or something, and they went with G2A? Weird.

Now this is nice.. They refunded my balance 2 days ago for double transactions, got my Planar Conquest key yesterday and today received the 2nd key for Planar Conquest. So basically this #2 deal got better than the #1 deal.

People, don't panic. It's just a mistake on G2A side. They've just started this feature so I'm not even surprised they could make a mistake or they haven't been prepared for everything. I'm sure they'll resolve your problems, just write a ticket and be patient. They have probably like hundreds of thousands people sending tickets right now + they have to resolve the issue with third-party player like Pay-Pal too I guess.Okay you can start to panic now xD Such a mess.
