It's been years since I've done that, but most Final Fantasy parts (7 - 10/2), Legend of Dragoon and several other RPGs.
Of course they where too long to actually play through in one weekend, or even a few weeks, so you could usually find me in front of my console all day after school for a few month at a time.

Can't remember the last time in the near past I've been really immersed into a game.
You know, waking up thinking to yourself "Oh, boy, I can't wait to play ... today". Oh those were the good ol' days.
Now it's mostly "Meh, nothing on TV, I'm bored, now what can I play today to kill some time until it's time for bed"

It doesn't help either that I start playing these games like Torchlight II and Borderlands 2 with friends who have school and work 90% of the week, ending up having only time to play like 1-2 hours per week. If it was up to me, I'd play those games from morning till night. I used to love co-op, but recently it's just been a curse (I don't blame the games, I blame my friends for having lives :P)

Anyways, I'm hoping Dishonored will be a game that finally gets me hooked like in ye olden days.

Metal Gear Solid for PSX. I think it was around 2000. It was my first time playing the game and I fell in love with it. Finished in my first playtrough. I was kinda depressed afterwards, cause I wanted more and the game was too short. And I got the bad ending. =( What a great game.
