gameminer has something similiar, you can get gold with sms payment there.
Also I once bought a gamekey online where I could pay with sms on checkout in an online shop. (though unofficial seller)

Problem solved!

I kidnapped a random female, butchered her at my place and took different pictures of her limbs then I sent the pictures to random numbers all around the world.
