PC: Rollercoaster Tycoon 2

Quake II is my personal favourite. I'm also a huge fan of the Command and Conquer series from the original to Red Alert 2, which is my personal favourite in the series. Deus Ex 1 is fantastic as well. If you consider "classic" to be something before the 90s, I'm a fan of Metroid, Dig Dug, and Leatherneck.

for PC: Warcraft series(esp.2 and 3, not WOW) and also StarCraft, Worms (Armageddon or World Party, basically same game), Baldur's Gate Series(and Planescape: Torment), Morrowind, Fallout Series(yes all of them) Civilization Series(I-IV) and SMAC.
Way back in time my favorite games wereShadow Keepand Beyond Dark Castle for the mac and, even older The Lords of Midnight and the sequel Doomdark's Revenge and also Dizzy Series for the ZX Spectrum.
For console probably LOZ series and Chrono Trigger.
Probably lots more but that's all I can think of right now.

On PSOne: Resident Evil series, Parasite Eve II, Dino Crisis, Metal Gear Solid and Syphon Filter series.

On PC: Deus Ex, Half-Life, Duke Nukem 3D, Fallout 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 and Planescape: Torment (and probably a few more I can't remember ATM).

Crash Bandicoot Warped, Armageddon, Metal Gear Solid, Deus Ex, Unreal Tournament, Diablo, Starcraft, Contra, Goldeneye (N64).
