Where did all the giveaway titles go?

I want to giveaway Skyrim and cannot, omg.

Steam ran out of keys for 99% of the games, therefore they have been removed from the list.

and so does DLCs?.. seriously this is insane

They went on a vacation.

Yeah, that happens occasionally. They'll probably be back up within an hour or two.

Most probably it's the Steam itself derping (due to the Community upgrade).
