Where did all the giveaway titles go?

Sorry if I missed this somewhere, but I noticed that the possible games to give away have gotten extremely smaller, can anyone tell me what happened here? I noticed that the packs are still around, perhaps games inside the packs are no longer valid for a giveaway?
