I did once. I left a comment and they sent another key. No problem.
On the flipside, a winner once told me the key I sent didn't work. I actually bought another key for them.

You went out of your way and wasted time to comment to tell people they have no life. You admit yourself you comment very littlr. So answer me this, for someone who comments very little, why would you go out of your way to write something unprovoked and full if spite and malice. Thank you for the chance. The only thing that happened to me is winning a game that the giveaway creator couldn't provide me because he lost the key. He was Greek and a nice person, so I was like "ok then, I believe you, but I will mark it as not received". :P

I've lost a Insurgency copy here. The smartass gifter got a 1080, but apparently could'nt speak a single word of english, cause giving back his russian useless copy of the game was painful. And for some reason, he never get the "delete the giveaway" phrase.

I once won a gift for Ibb& Obb, but the creator of the giveaway wasn't aware that it was a region locked gift.
So I returned the gift and we agreed upon deleting the giveaway.

Won a game once but key didn't work. Added creator on steam to explain, got another key (for the same game) and he had to submit a ticket to the website he bought the key from. I even sent him proof to help him get a refund.

Once I got a key which just did not work, I contacted the creator - he blocked me. Nothing happened since then, so I just left it marked "Not received".
Another time I just didn't receive a key and the creator didn't accept my friend request(s) - He also had only one other giveaway which got marked as "Not received" either, and he never went online on SteamGifts after creating the giveaways so I think he didn't understand how the site works.

I won a game once, it was a Steam gift and I couldn't activate it in my region even though the store and inventory item said nothing about region restrictions on it. I sent the gift back to him and gave my permission to delete the giveaway. It was an honest mistake, not his fault.

Ironically, this thread appears to be a bus stop, and the bus is arriving soon.
I apparently won WWK 2K16 after a reroll, but I have left the required group after all giveaways I entered had ended, some of which I won and already activated. And of course, only group members can receive gift from group giveaways, and I have agreed with the maker of the giveaway to a reroll.
Coincidentally, the maker of the giveaway found me through this thread, which is how we got it all sorted out. Good luck to the new winner :3
