Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land - not for giving?

Clearing out old keys, and happened on one for Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land. I'm aware that this is no longer on sale on Steam, but I thought discontinued games were still good to give away? The game doesn't seem to be active here on SG, but there is a no-buy Steam store page up. I wonder actually if that's why the game doesn't appear in the SG lists. Since this is a game tied to an IP, I thought I'd ask here rather than pestering support, since there are lurking experts hereabouts. Anyone know?

You should be able to make a giveaway for it. You do have to contact cg or support for it to be re-added, however.:)

OK, I've opened a ticket. Thanks. The devs, by the way, titled their blog post on the status of the game "Fhtagn and thanks for all the squid," so now I love them.

Probably because it's purchase disabled. How shall points and CV be calculated without USD price. But like others mentioned: support can re-add it.

Aren't they usually handled by not granting any CV and putting them at 0P?
