Congratulations a bit after the fact, Nick. This is very generous of you. :)
How big of a move did you make? It's a bit of a trick question, I know, as even moving as close as across the street is still a big job. Is it a new town? Maybe a new state/country? Did a job change or relocate you?
I don't mean to ask a million questions, I'm just genuinely interested. :)

It was a job move of about 100 miles, so not huge. Different country, kinda, Wales to England. I was tempted to emigrate to either Belgium or Holland for job reasons but stayed in UK this time. Biggest problem now is literally all money spent on house, so it may be some time before I can buy big games again.

That sounds like an exciting move. What type of work do you do? Was it a complete career change or more of a transfer with the same type of work?

You will make it! It seems to be impossible but suddenly there it is. Avoiding bundle games helps a lot of course, and so does making trains, you get a nice sudden boost, it's great.

I indeed wish you lots of luck with the move - we had just one problem after another, when buying, two sellers pulled out on us after 6 months each, deciding they didn't want to sell any more, but we still had all the legal fees and survey to cover. Even selling was a nightmare.. thankfully it's all over now. I could write a book about it all!

I feel your pain. When my family moved, a few years ago - we had just finished unpacking our stuff and started settling in when they found a problem with the parquet. We had to pack everything, wait two weeks for them to redo the floor and then unpack the boxes all over again. I still have nightmares about it.

After seeing Sq1rr3l's thread on reaching Level 7 it reminded me that I was naughty and didn't do one when it happened, so, better late than never.

Right, back to unpacking more boxes from the house move..ugh.. it seems never ending! One day they might invent removal boxes that have a button labelled 'Craft' on it, which magically unpacks everything and places it into the furniture ready to use. I can dream...
