A blacklist is a sheet of black paper which you can write lists on, you usually have to write on it with white-out if you actually want to be able to read it in the future though.

When a private giveaway has a blacklist, it means that anyone who is in the list must not enter the giveaway. If one of the list's users enters and wins the giveaway, the giveaway's creator may request a re-roll (selecting another winner) through support.

A blacklist must be approved by support BEFORE being used in giveaways. Using the blacklist isn't possible for public giveaways.

Q. What is a blacklist?

A. "Blacklist" is the name given to a list created by an otherwise powerless individual to demonstrate his or her disapproval of those named by the list through exclusion from the list creator's social circle. (See also: "boycott.") This has little to no impact upon the person being blacklisted, but it does give a small bit of satisfaction to the list creator due to the illusion of revenge. (See also: "I'm going to take my ball and go home.") At a bare minimum, the list functions as a reminder of those who, at one time or another, have offended its creator.
