I don't think random giveaways where you don't know what you will get count. Only the giveaways where there is a specific and definite game cause a title to be disabled. I think I've noticed this before here on SG so it's not that this was missed.

I am surprised because the current regime is on paper a conservative christian one, with the country's only catholic political party as their coalition partner (in reality, their money-hungry always barking lapdog). August 15 is even a large religious celebration for the church. Yet I don't remember anyone of the party ever proposing to make it a national holiday. (Funny enough, they almost proposed to make the birthday of our PM a national holiday, but they realised that maybe it will be a little too Turkmenistan-ish, even going past Putin and Erdogan levels of autocracy. ^^)
