Only good one I haven't seen mentioned is A Bit of Fry and Laurie.
I'm not even sure I would call all of these skit comedies sitcoms, but they're certainly enjoyable.

Classic comedy ones: Dad's Army, Fawlty Towers, Open all Hours, The Good Life, Some Mothers do have 'Em (but really just for the mental acting, utterly mental)
Best one of those? Good Life, followed by Fawlty Towers (there's not enough episodes!)
