cry about it, basically. thats one of the pitfalls with the way this place is run unfortunately.. lots of legit wonderful gifters, but plenty of disingenuous trolls as well, and the mods dont really want to do anything about them, so you just have to use your best judgement.. and if you get it wrong, nothing you can really do except mark it not received and move on. I wouldnt even bother reporting it, its a waste of time.

Yeah, the mods don't care at all. That's why we donate our free time getting nothing in return trying to whittle down an impossibly large queue of tickets while being bad-mouthed by the same members of the community over and over again.

Sorry for asking, but i'm waiting for answer on my reroll GA request for almost week. Is the amount of support tickets really so large? How much mods you have in support section?

AFAIK, that's barely a 5-6 member team of mods (might be less/more), handling a community that has over 300,000 members and 25,000+ active users, receiving well over probably a hundred or so tickets per day, including but not limited to user reports, fake giveaway reports, unsuspend requests, reroll requests, general inquiries which can be found on the FAQ and many more. And still they work their *** off trying to answer almost every ticket they can in their free time, that too with the proper etiquette and manners as a proper moderator should. Then again, can't expect people to be just grateful because this is the internet lulz
You'll probably get an answer within 2-3 weeks if you're lucky/your ticket reaches them.

There are 4 people that have the power to address re-roll tickets, but I've been handling 95%+ of them since the new version launched. 3 more mods should be added this week.
Usually on one of my days of from work, which aren't consistent, I will forego some gaming time and go through all the re-roll tickets since the last time I did it. Usually once or twice a week. Last day off I was sick, so I didn't do any. Today is my first day off since, so I'll likely go through them today. There are about 200 for me to go through though.
