Honestly, I don't even make use of the soundtracks that come with each bundle. Perhaps because I don't know if I like a soundtrack until after I play the game and bundles usually just feed my backlog. However, I like the World of Goo soundtrack (not sure if that was bundled by HB) and I agree that the Dustforce music was phenomenal.

Did Tiny and Big Grandpa's leftovers include the soundtrack? that would be one for me, that and bastion

It did. That's a pretty sweet soundtrack by the way. Really made that game

I'm not sure if it ever was on a humble bundle, but the original Binding of Isaac and it's expansion, Wrath of the Lamb, have some of the best OST i've heard in a game. TBOI: Rebirth's is fine aswell, but nothing tops Danny Baranowski's works imo.

Yeah Isaac and dlc was in a few bundles. Can't remember if it had the soundtrack though but I know the most recent ones did not include the soundtrack.
Anyway, whole-heartedly agree with your post. I must say that the Rebirth OST fits the creepier ambience of the remake better though! :)

Nope, and it definitely shows. Rebirth's soundtrack isn't bad though, it's just not as good as DB's imo.
I do have to admit though that they stepped it up for the Afterbirth expansion, some of the songs there are fucking great. Hush and ultra greed songs are pretty damn good.

Bastion wins going away but after that there are several great ones, just out of what I own from them. Splice and Thomas Was Alone probably are 2a and 2b.
If Transistor ever is/was bundled there with a soundtrack then Darren Corb would have the top two spots with ease.

I've never actually downloaded a soundtrack from HB, but glancing at what's in my library I'd have to say Deadly Premonition.

Alan Wake. Damn, Poets of the Fall are awesome, and did a great job with ambient for the game.

Top 2 would be Bastion and Shatter (in no particular order).

I don't know if Humble had it for download, but the Frozen Synapse OST (http://youtu.be/PAln2rGiOF4) was in the Steam installation folders. Also, this particular track from Darwinia: http://youtu.be/QjquSX-kWuo

So one of the greatest thing Humble Bundle ever conceived was to include OST for most of their games. So just leave which 2 ones are your favortires.
Mine are:
