Had no idea about Beth bringing back paid mods again for FO4 (looked at the price drop) ... Seems they've got yet another shitstorm to deal with. DLC yes, paid mods for minimalist content available freely, hell no.
Down the drain with anyones self respect if they actually submit content exclusive for paid stuff too.

don't buy mods, just download them from https://www.nexusmods.com
they have pretty cool soft for mod management and if you like it - you can buy membership. why would anyone want to pay for mods, that's mystery for future generations to solve =))
