Eh... I have this random picture of a studying dog as my profile picture. Also, I love to add others on my WL. If I happen to win someone's GA I always add that user, but from certain threads like this I do the same if I'm accepted. This time I just added you first.
P.s. I already have Beholder, but expanding WL is good enough... isn't it?

I whitelist people for all sorts of reason; going through the forum you get to know people who are nice and kind.

Every time you post, somebody shows up to blacklist you out of spite. I like to think that together we can help balance it out.

I whitelist for a few reasons, but first and foremost either for generally being really nice, or for contributing to the community either via GAs or interesting forum stuff. Or, the first few times I see a GA for a new release I'm super hyped about, I almost always WL the creators.

I'd like to be on your WL because I'm generally quite nice, and it would make me feel warm and fuzzy if you did :)

I wouldn´t mind joining your WL. I usually WL when I see that other have added me or they give games I´d love to have or they were nice to me or maybe if I´m in the right mood.

I usually look at someone and think this person deserve to be on my whitelist. :)
But appreciate good ratio and thanking for the wins. Beside this I don't have strict rules.

I simply whitelist the good people of SG - the ones I see doing or saying something nice for another user (never for me).
Conversely, I blacklist people who attack or degrade other users (again, never those who attack me).

I whitelist for various reasons..
sometimes a good ratio, sometimes the person made me laugh with a comment or similar, sometimes just because the other person seems to be nice...
It mostly depends on my mood :P I don't have a pattern for "okay, you have to do X to get on my whitelist"... Some people just get on, others don't :P

I would like to join your WL.

Criteria for being on my whitelist include; being helpful and active on the forums, decent ratio but not exclusively, getting to know you through the forums or groups, general behaviour and attitude towards other SG members, politeness and thanking people for winning giveaway etc.

I like to think I am a decent WL candidate due to the above criteria and overall made a few giveaways through my two years or so on SG. I would also like to think I've been helpful to people on this forum and contributed where I can. Regardless of whether you add me or not, I hope you find the right people for YOU.

I add people to my whitelist if they seem like an awesome person! And sometimes if I just see their games showing up when I choose "group"

I always give games that I have played before and enjoyed or ones that sound interesting to me.

I don't like giving away games just for CV or whatever. I want others to play the games I like! I'm going to give away Orwell soon because I just beat it and it was SO GOOD. Gonna get season 2.

Yeah, Beholder is a great atmospheric game, it was a pleasure to play it. I hope one day to play DLC too 😹

About WL... It's all about persons which I am grateful to. I like events and those who participate in them. Event for me is not only trains/puzzles but some types of conversations too (like this 😊). Sometimes I add those who had gifted me games which I am particularly interested in, to gift them something back later. But any gifter or thread maker deserves a cat gif 😹

I have Beholder, but enjoy whitelists. I have no specific reason for having myself added. I don't really do much here in the public part anymore for some of the usual reasonings. I mostly private gibs these days, due to less hassle and less tickets, etc. and I will also give away the occasional whitelist game of my own. ^_^

I whitelist for many reasons initially, and then if over a period of time it isn't returned, I need to remove 'em. Especially if they are not very active, in a general sense. My odds for what I give away are already too bad for the good folks in there that should have better chances at winning games... so I'm trying to find the right group still, mixing, matching, removing a lot nowadays... Anyway, my being added doesn't decrease any odds, so it's a moot point as far as that goes on the other side of things, hypothetically.

I love fishies. Not sure if that qualifies tho :(

I WL for all combined reasons.
Mostly for the statistics and a friendly acting.
I am strictly against the Autojoiners, cv extreme farmers and such ones (if they are high ranked or give much is not from interest for me when they fall under that named categories -yes i am strict-)

Why i am a good WL candidate.
Look at my GA's (no cv extreme farming and no spamming of shi* games...), my statistics, see that i make WL GA's, look at the entry numbers (i have around 140 on my WL) and mostly i am a friendly guy :o)

I mainly whitelist people that I see being good sports in the discussion section. Be it making fun events, interesting topics or just making a huge train. (cough 4500 carts?! cough) That, and personal friends, not that I have many.

And why I would be a good candidate for a WL?... I'm not. Absolutely horrible. Abyssmal ratio, little community involvement, not very funny either. I'm kinda an asshole too.
The only good thing about me is my self-deprecating humour, though it's not so much humour as me just listing my flaws and people thinking that I'm joking.
