What do you WL people for?
I whitelist for a number of reasons but I like when people are nice and respectful and not too quick to judge. I think there is much to be learned when we seek to understand each other and see things from another perspective.

I actually won Beholder on steamgifts a while ago, and played it through to completion several times for different endings. I really liked it! I may pick up the DLC one day, and have just added the sequel Beholder 2 to my wishlist now to keep an eye on it. I'll wait for some reviews and watch a few videos before I decide if I really want it, but if it's similar to the first then I will get it. Good choice to share, Kijame!

I really don't have clear-cut criteria for putting people on my WL. It's usually people I see posting in the forums who write smart/interesting stuff, but also those with a good ratio. I have a good ratio, but I never write funny or smart stuff in the discussions. :p I also play my wins and never enter for games I'm not interested in.

I decided not to maintain a whitelist! Most of my giveaways are for indie games I want more people to discover, so I keep them public and Level 0. Seemed a bit silly to whitelist people and then never create any giveaways for them.

The concept of whitelist is new to me. Thanks for bringing it up, I'll most definitely have a look around.
As for the candidates, I think I'll be adding people based on how helpful and polite they are around the forums and also checking if they actually get to play the games they win.

So I put up my first WL-only GA and I have about 88 people whitelisted. No idea if that's a lot or not, but I'm always looking to expand! I chose a game I enjoyed before I joined Steam, Beholder, and I hope others may enjoy it as well. If you're on my WL you can obviously see it on my profile already, and if not, you may be able to soon! (It runs for about 2 weeks so there's time <3 ) For being so kind to even have a look at this, I'll just leave this here for you to have a peek at.
I hope I will be able to provide a few more neat GAs in the future, and especially to find something that my blue hearts will enjoy. It's been almost a year since I joined SG and I've been having a lot of fun! In the meantime I'll do my best to keep on giving what I have to spare for you all <3 But enough of the blue cheese. Drop me a line or two about what makes you a good WL candidate. In the meantime, I thank you all for your guidance in finding my way on SG. See you around!
