$18 for the 3 Crysis games makes it a bad deal for me, seems ok if you lack all the games in your library though.

Not a bad deal at all even for only those 3 games. I paid $15 for CR3 alone and it was totally worth it. $6 each for $30 games is about as good as it gets. Holding out for another 1-2 years to save $2 more lol? Sure if it's gonna be in your backlog ig, but these prices aren't promised again and may never go lower.

Never played a Crysis, and System Shock also looks great. Roughly 4€ each for these 4 games that I was already really interested is a good deal. (Tier 1 alone is quite expensive on its own, but the other tiers are priced quite generously)

Maybe a stupid question: I don't see any region restrictions for the Prey and Doom keys, but cross trading isnn't allowed. Does that mean that I - as a german - can't give the key to someone e. g. in the USA?

The "No cross region trading and gifting" part is basically deprecated and only applies to the old inventory gifts on Steam. Missing currencies only matter when gifting to friends directly via Steam store. What matters with keys is, if the sub lists any restrictions under "Metadata" like for example with System Shock:

If you know for sure, that your key activates that exact sub, you should be good, yes. Of course subs could be changed after the fact, but that happens very rarely. One example would be when Russia invaded Ukraine and many publishers decided to restrict their games including key activations.
So yeah, there's always a little "Restrisiko". ^^
But for the most part knowing the exact sub makes it pretty safe.
Missing currencies mean, that it's not being sold in that country/region, so you also can't gift it via the store to that region. Key activations are not affected by that though, as long as the respective sub is not explicitly restricted as well.
