So like I already said in the title, to play TESO the only thing you'll need is the base game. This is what I hoped from a long time and now it seems is going to be real! What are your expectations, or your first impressions? Do you even care? lol

Don't Care

Don't care. I was expecting Skyrim in multiplayer, or at least an Elder Scrolls game in multiplayer. What came was "just another [shitty] MMO" that has nothing to do with the Elder Scrolls games. What's the point? I don't get it.

Looking forward to that. Played it like half a year ago but then didn't feel like paying to play it further. This way I'll be able to play as much as I want. And still it's cool that they are going to keep the need of owning the base game. Less kids ingame. What more could we ask for? :-)

Still enjoy the game and play. Most of my guild left for Archage when it came out or went back to GW2 after a month but I stuck with it. I'm excited for the upcoming Justice System but disappointed that Imperial City does not have a release date. I'd prefer to keep the sub but the game needs a fresh breath of life so opening the floodgates was probably a necessity

I bought an unopened copy of the game off of Ebay about 2 weeks ago for around $22 with shipping + handling only because I figured the price would increase come patch 1.6.

I will say it's a lot better than when I played the beta; the game feels more responsive, it doesn't have anymore Microsoft Sam voices, and once you fiddle around with some addons the HUD won't be as obnoxious.

I read and saw gameplay of the new patch and I was fairly impressed. while it's still a little wonky, it looks promising and it at least shows the devs are trying to make it more "Elder Scrolls" and less "Online."

It's worth at least giving it a (or another if some of you played the beta and hated it like I did) shot if you can find for as cheap as I did.

Called it. Still not gonna buy it. I played the beta and it was very mediocre.

Still not understanding all the hate for this game. I came back to the game after update 3 and it was fun. The game was a lot better than it was when it was in beta. Also what MMO was good when it first came out? WoW was pretty bad when it first came out since it had so many problems. FF14 was terrible when it first game out. SWTOR had issues when it came out. Tell me an MMO that didn't really have any issues or problems when it first came out? And not just that, but a game at this level. Don't trash it saying "Ah isn't even worth it if it's free".
