I'd ask on here, not on steamgifts. or on here but I'm guessing the first link will be more helpful. The second one will probably turn round and say, tough, we've already got your money, can't take it to PSN now.
I don't have a PS so this idea maybe complete useless, but if you found someone who could buy you a game worth 20euro on the PSN and ask what 20euro steam game they want and then buy that for them.
Give them the steam game and get their PSN game sent to you...?

Well i never had money to buy stuff on steam, then there was a time i got 200 Games trough trading only (Last winter sales and the months after that)
The Problem is, i have 20€ on Steamwallet trough selling Games over paypal, then charging it on Steam.
Now i want PSN money 10-20€ and looking for someone who can do this trade ;/
If that isnt enough (you will get what you want for that 20€, 50%-75% games and stuff you know :o) i can add 1 or 2 Games from my inventory maybe.
