Game Value

Since i just joined & started giving away games to the group the games have been coming up as valued at 0$
For example i gave away a copy of 3DRPG to group was valued 0$ but the 1 i gave away publicly was valued at 1.5$
How can this be?

Group GAs need 5 entries to count, public GAs only need 1 entry.

You need at least 5 entries in "not public" giveaways to earn CV..

EDIT: It's in the FAQ

If a giveaway is invite only, or for a whitelist or Steam group, it will only add value towards your level if it receives 5 or more entries.

yep - you need the proverbial 5 entries thread - just search for it in discussions :)

DAM, guess i missed out on a good few games then as still lots put up that not finished yet, 1 was 100 points to enter to :-(
Oh well at least i know now :-/
Guess it would be good to add a few group to enter then if i could only get it some of them.

you could also do a Whitelist + Group giveaway. Then, if you don't have enough entries toward the end, you can add folks to your WL. Many users monitor this thread for such instances.

The games from Daedalic Entertainment that are $100 are just a price glitch. This happens often and when the steam bundle sale ends the game will drop back down to $20. When it drops down to $20, your credit here also drops down to $20 because it is calculated on the current price of the game and not on the price when you give it away.
