Maybe you can help me guys.

I generallly like the idea of Roguelikes. I mean real Roguelikes, not games with rogue elements like Binding of the Isaak or FTL (which are cool too, but we are not talking about them now). But I have a little problem - 90% of Rogues i heard of are like "Read the whole wiki, memorize 100 shortcuts and then MAYBE you can start to play". The only to rogues I know, which are fun to play without ton of preparing (and awful interface) are Dungeon of Dredmor (which I don't even know I can call a full 100% roguelike), and Tales of Maj'Eyal, which is really cool and exacly a thing I'm searching for, maybe except of that the world map is always the same.

Do you know any rogues for more casual players? Thank you in advance for every suggestion :)

You have to let go of modern casual titles if you want to really get into roguelikes. All the best ones have been out for years and content-wise it's difficult for new games to compete with them. I even think someone put together a list and torrent to a whole bunch of the free ones aka almost all the good ones, on Reddit back in 2015 or so?

I think one of the more recent good ones has been Sword of the Stars: the Pit.

Yea - ADOM, Cataclysm, Dwarf Fortress, UnReal World... I know what I'm missing, I checked a few of those on you tube, they look fine as lets plays, but I just don't have all this time to put into learning things like "how to control a character" and I'm accepting that. Unfortunately times when I could put two years into one game are loooong gone ;) .

I would have mentioned ToME or Dredmor, but since you know both already, I'll drop a word for POWDER. Extremely accessible, I never read any wiki or whatever about this game but it didn't prevent me from finishing it twice.

... or these, if you don't mind the games being non-steam.

Is Runestone Keeper enough of a roguelike for you?

I would really recommend Hyperrogue, it has pretty easy to understand mechanics, yet a lot of variety. It can be a bit disorienting at first, but once you get used to the level layout it becomes great fun. It's previous versions are even free to play, so it doesn't hurt to try it out: Hyperrogue
