I won giveaway and get instantly blacklisted

Hello, So I have won 2 hours ago World War 2: Time of Wrath from this giveaway: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/QSg4e/world-war-2-time-of-wrath and I tried to enter this giveaway and get error "You do not have permission to view this giveaway, since you've been blacklisted by the giveaway creator." If anyone can tell me who was creator of this giveaway and what I should do?
