Wait 7 days as the rules of SteamGifts... if after 7 days the guy doesn't mark received, open a ticket at support with the proofs of your attempts to talk with the winner... :D
and then, the support will see it was not your fault. :D

No problem, mate.
It happened with me already, but after 2 days the person
activated the game and marked as received. (I'm waiting for a person to mark as received too)

Make screenshots of your attempts to contact the winner. As mentioned above, your winner has 7 days to activate the game and marks it received. You might contact them in 3 or so days, for example write a friendly comment in one of their old giveaways.

I took screenshot of the steamgifts page of winner, screenshot of my email saying the gift was redeemed and screenshot of the game redeemed in its account, now i'm just waiting for the "received" thingy

You have to activate all your wins in your own account.

Didn't you read the faq?
You're going to get a suspension and be blacklisted by a lot of people.

Five problems to be exact: Overture, Isomer, The Albino Hunter, Alter World, Lethal League
You can check you status here
As Oppenheimer already said, the rules of this site require you to activate your wins on your account.
Please read the faq and guidelines of this site. Here you can look at punishments for several things that can go wrong.

I just waited for feedback for 7 days. Contacted the winner twice during that time, no answer. Saw them online too here every day. After 7 days opened a ticket. Few hours later noticed they had given the feedback and added the game to their account. Ticket was still open so nothing had been done by staff at that point.

Anyway, got the feedback, closed the ticket and the winner went to my blacklist.

If you have time to be online on SG you also have time to mark received. Happens to me a few times that people are online on SG (bumping trades etc) and not click received. Very frustrating and I dont understand why

Winner can be online from browser or pnone. Or some where else, not at home. How he can be sure your key is working? Only when come home, he can check.

So you give away keys without knowing if they work? ;)

I always buy games at the same sites (Indiegala, dialyindie bundlestars greenman) but it happens to me now twice that I got a incorrect key from those sites, all was fixed ok, but I would feel ashamed if I giveaway a key that isnt working
Thats why I prefer to giveaway a steamgift sometimes
Its more work cause I have to befriend a person

What this changed if winner not at home? Something like, he walk on the street and smartphone connect from many other wi-fi points?

Person mighy simply leave their PC on 24/7 with browser open.

The person was not constantly online, but still daily online.

Sure, it's possible they were not home and had no Steam access so they could redeem the key.
However, that's no excuse to not respond to my messages if that was the case.

Something like "Thanks buddy, I'll redeem it next saturday when I'm home again" goes a long way.
No response = blacklist

Well in that case, yes. Was just pointing out a hypothetical possibility.

Even if you have 7 days to mark as received it's utterly annoying to see someone who won a game from you almost one day ago and is online and undoubtedly saw he/she won the game and still hasn't done something as simple as marking received...

Why you think if he online he used steam and can use key? I can be online from browser or pnone. Or some where else, not at home.

I have a tab permantly open with steamgifts, even if I only check the website two o three times per day. So, aparently I'm online but it could be possibly that I have no idea what the fruta is happening. Lets have a little faith... Althoug yes, its annoying

No, not exactly. See the answers above.
Just because someone is apparently online does not mean they look at SG or have other real-life issues to deal with.
Also, patience is a virtue for gifters and winners alike.

Well, the winner has 7 days to confirm. If he doesn't answer after your attempts there's nothing else you can do.
You'll just have to wait. You can always blacklist them to prevent them fron taking part in any futher GAs by you.
