Be sure to do some research into graphics cards and the games you wish to play. There's a lot of port and optimisation issues these days when it comes to GPUs.
I agree with the guys that you don't need a PSU of that magnitude, but it may prove useful later in life if you upgrade anything in the future.

I like the option of x2 4GB RAM Dual Channel...I still get guys choosing x1 8GB to save only a little on costs and come up with a bunch of random ideas as to why it's better. :)

I got a semi-new rig in April, 2x4 GB RAM, AMD FX-6300, and MSI 970 Gaming motherboard. Still using my previous graphics card, GTX 550 ti, and a Seasonic 620W modular PSU. Feels good to be able to play most games without lag, only had 2 GB prior. Anyway, as for a reason to add me, would this please you?

1200€?! That's a lot of cash! Congratz.
And I have no reason for you to add me to the list and at this point I'd feel like a leecher for convincing you of anything else.

You don't need to add me to your whitelist, but I do have to say some of the most fun I've had in the past few years was the actual building of my PC. I had no prior experience, and pretty much just looked up everything I could on YouTube. PC gaming is amazing--I haven't looked back since... Good luck!

Nice, congrats! I still need to get a job, and then I probably still wouldn't be able to afford crap for my computer (and that old HD6450 GPU drastically needs an upgrade).

As for the whitelisting, If you want to add me to your whitelist is really up to you. :P

Yeah I am also planning to build one myself early next year or mid, but it could also be at the end of next year if my friend and me decided to go to Japan.

You could save some cash by swapping that PSU for a cheaper (but still quality) PSU, AX series is a bit overkill not to mention it's also 760w.

If youre going to build your pc in september there's really no point in picking the parts atm tbh.
Since youre a Dutchie as well I recommend you to check the best-buy-guide on Tweakers in july or august.
They know what they are talking about in terms of best-bang-for-bucks. My last 2 setups I based on their recomendation and I must say I was very pleased.
And try to order all items from the same store, saves you in shipping costs.

I builded my PC on 2009 and most of new games wont even launch on it (like gta5 or witcher3), lol.
Grats with a new setup! Atleast someone would enjoy those great games.

I dont know wut to add, so here is a picture of my cat: http://i.gyazo.com/f2d7dd5b1c726f76671de39621b3cada.png
And it was biggest cuddly reason to add me in your whitelist :D

Picking up the all the parts from the tech store is a memory I'll treasure forever. So many boxes they gave me a shopping cart overflowing to wheel them out. All the customers congratulating me and looking jealous at the same time. Best feeling, and boy did i drive home carefully!

Congrats on building the new rig. I never buy premade, I always build my own.

You're setup looks decent, and gives you some wiggle room to upgrade in the future.

This is what I have in my system.
AMD 965 3.4ghz black edition quad core CPU
OCZ Vendetta 2 CPU cooler. (picked it up for 2 bucks, great heatsink and fan)
Asus Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 motherboard
16 gigs of dual channel ram (2 sticks of 8gig)
Corsair TX750 750watt power supply
Powercolor HD 5770 1ghz 1gig video card (saving money to replace this now as its the bottle neck in my system, I want one of the new R9 390x cards from AMD which will last me at least another 5 years or more)
Western Digital 2TB Black drive as my main drive.
Western Digital 1TB Black drive as a backup (in a hot swap bay)
Western Digital 3TB Green drive as pure storage (in a hot swap bay)
Want a Western Digital 4TB (or larger) black drive dedicated as a games drive
LG Blu-Ray reader
All of this in a Cooler Master HAF-X full tower case (I have big hands so wanted a big case my hands fit into)

Most of the games I run (Payday 2, Borderlands 2, Dirt 3 and a few others) all run at 1920x1080 at 40 to 60 FPS. No real drops down below 40 or so.

Reasons for some of those parts...
You don't need 16 gigs of ram, but its nice. I do some video and 3D rendering so for that 16 gigs is handy.

750watt powersupply is over kill but not only does it give me wiggle room for the future to add just about anything I want. But because it never comes close to hitting its top amount it never gets too hot so will have a longer life span.

The motherboard I have was near top of the line, it gives me lots of options to do upgrades if I want. When I got this cpu, motherboard and ram at the same time, I went with a 100 dollar CPU because it let me spend more on stuff thats harder to replace later.

I have so many hard drives because I store a lot of stuff. I would actually prefer to have a few 6TB hard drives as recording video takes up a lot of room, but well this will do for now.

Hope this helps you decide exactly what you are looking for.
