a friend of mine whom i just know from the internet made me smile.
we discussed a game and i watched him play... and he said hed be afk for some minutes... when he "came back" he sent me the same game so we could play together... i was really surprised because neither was it much nor he had to do that...
but it was one of the best gifts i ever got... got alot (ALOT!!!) of hours on l4d2 and i dont want to miss him in my friendlist :)

I just want to say that I appreciate the 2hu group.
It's a place like no other that has given me so much with such a friendly group of people to chat with. Hats off also to the moderators and admins who put up with our **** in said chat day in and day out!

Well, I've seen much worse communities in my lifetime. Drama is pretty low here (except for occasional spikes), so I like it. And there is many people who improve my day by making me smile or read something fun, so, thank you all, SG people :)

I appreciate you because even in adversity, when your down and against the flow you get back up and go one to make the best of it. I like your signature smile on your selfie avatars and I like you for taking care of Wally and Wally for taking care of you.
I appreciate and I like the "train riders" : SG users that ride my trains in an honest and positive way and that go through the gate and don't crash the gate. I like reading their posts and looking at their posted gifs/images.
I appreciate and like the people that helped me along the way concerning SG and SGTools, you know who you are. ^^
I appreciate the people on my WL and those in the 90% Serfs and a few other groups.
I appreciate SG even if It has been a road filled with many beautiful days and nice people and with some very much less so.

I appreciate all the hate that bundle threads, SGTools and event creators get. In celebration, i'd like to make a level 10 giveaway to thank all the troublemakers who make SG that little bit less enjoyable each day. I'll make sure to put it in the hidden SG group that only the popular people are in so we can continue running steamgifts from the shadows.

There's a small number of people I particularly appreciate on this site, and you're one of those familiar faces that I enjoy seeing around. (Not just because you're pretty, but because your posts are usually enjoyable to read.)
As this community has grown, it's become a bit more toxic, but I choose to enjoy what's good about it and mostly ignore the comments I don't like. That's how I keep some semblance of sanity, and that's the attitude that allowed me to pull through some tougher times.

I wasn't going to post an actual reply to the thread originally but oh well.
I'm grateful to anyone who takes the time to read my comments/posts and replies to them. To anyone who I've been able to hold a conversation with. With those that will actually take the time (at least once in a while) to converse rather than have the generic "Hi, how are you?" conversation and that is where it ends.

So, for as long as I can remember I've been down. I didn't do anything, I would sleep my days away, wouldn't go to school etc. I found this place. A place where I could forget about my life and be someone different. I would laugh and smile, I would be bubbly and stabby and I would be outgoing. I played games with people and talked about everything playful to profound.
Some people stayed and some people left. Some people said goodbye and went on with their life... Some just deleted me and left without a thought.
Things got worse both in my life and on steam. I didn't know where to turn.
Drama happened and I thought I'd lose the one place I can be... Happy.
Yes. I suffer from depression and I'm getting better. I know there are many people on this site who know they are suffering too or maybe they don't know yet.
You might be asking Jaye (chicken) why are you telling people something so personal? I don't know really. All I know is out of all the shit that has been going on there has been good. I want people to know about it.

I want to thank anybody who as been in my life for a second, a few minutes, days, months or years. These people may not have done anything big but they are 5 people I want to say thank you to. There are many others but these are just 5.

bigbud13 - Thank you for thinking of me to nominate for Delta's thread. It was so unexpected and made me feel like people remember my name and respect me. You probably thought nothing of it but it made me happy.
Khalaq - You've commented a few times on my threads where I mention being "a little sad" and gave me some very good advice and I appreciate it. Recently even your "<3" comments have made me feel appreciated. Thank you for being so kind.
Wallister - You have stuck with me through everything. I don't deserve you but you stay. I love you for everything you do for me. I couldn't ask for anyone better. You always make me smile without fail and have me giggling until 5am. You are the definition of a soul mate. Words don't describe how much you mean to me. Thank you.
So, now its your turn. This isn't a +1 event, or really an event at all. I just wanted you to comment as many people as you want and tell them why you appreciate them in your life. You never know, you might give them one thing to smile about today. No it doesn't need to be someone well known because they gave a good game. I want someone who made you laugh so hard your pee'd yourself a little, someone who listened to you rant about some bitch at work, someone who took time to play a game with you or someone that asked how you were doing randomly.
