If only SGTools was plugged into our SG "games blacklist" and Steam wishlist (and, if I want to be greedy, the SG bundle list for those of us minding our CV ratios) this would be pretty close to perfect, as least for forum-style GAs.

CV (contribution value) refers to the value of games give or won. You can check your real value sent here http://www.sgtools.info/sent/impulse9 and real value won here http://www.sgtools.info/won/impulse9. You need to have at least half as much sent value as won value.

It is about CV ratio.
First you have to know about real CV. Real CV is the contribution value you have given away after you apply bundle status (only 15% for bundled games).
For example: You gifted 1954 Alcatraz (20P) and D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die -Season One- (15P)*. You will get 15 CV for D4 but only 3 CV for 1954, because it is on the bundled list. You receive only 15% for games on that list.
Same way the value of your wins is calculated.
The ratio is the (value of gifts Sent)/(value of gifts Won). You can not join the GAs above, because you have not done a giveaway, so your ratio is 0.

Here's the deal. I have a bunch of bundle leftovers that need taken. But, despite the title I hope you join the giveaways because you really want the game. It's my Christmas present to you.
