Nope. Canadian here and I'm pretty much 50/50 bilingual between English and French, but thanks for playing!
Also, I know lots of people who don't speak English as their primary language and don't write like that. In fact, most of them use tools like Google Translate to make sure they use the right words and spell them correctly. OP is likely just lazy, earns no respect from me.

Wouldn't hurt to run a spell check though, now would it? I also like how you tell age to be a little more respectful yet you "insult" him by saying "I bet the only language you know is English".
In the end, seems like SG is a site that's main language is English so I don't see how knowledge of any other language would be considered needed over here. I know that once in a while there's a topic in different language but still, majority is in English and if you want to be taken seriously.. well.. at least try to write correctly.

English is my second language as well, was 100% French up until middle school (around age 12). People act as if English is impossible to use correctly unless it's a primary language.
Turns out simply having a working brain will allow you to use multiple languages without major difficulties!

Mine as well. I don't know about the OP though. Maybe they just haven't had the chance to learn it correctly? Hell, I don't know. I was just saying that you can't expect everyone who is learning English as a second language to speak it perfectly. It just doesn't work that way. Anyway, I'll just leave it since I guess this will lead to nowhere anyway.

Japanese is one of the easiest languages to learn - it has very simple grammar, sentence creation is very easy as well. The only "hard" part is learning alphabet, but basic ones (hiragana / katakana) are only 46 basic characters nowadays. Ofc there are then much more complicated things (extra diaries, thousands of Kanji symbols and so on and on - but for a basic level comunication these 46 characters are enough - which added to ultra-easy grammar hardly makes it hard-to-learn language.

Bilingual or not, you are acting as less than an admirable human being. In fact, as multilingual as you possibly could become the same would apply. As far as I can tell from your comment, you are not a linguist so take it from one when I say that there are more "proper" versions of English than you have relatives.
Furthermore, how do you know how old is the OP? Maybe you've just insulted a child or a young teenager who is trying to learn like we all did?
No matter the reason you wrote that, you would do well to consider being a bit more considerate in the future.

Telling someone to "learn better English skills" (albeit in a condescending manner) is hardly an insult that will send OP reeling in emotional trauma. As you said, maybe he is still learning; well maybe my comment can be seen as supporting him to continue to do so :P

I agree with you for the English skill or at least the typing skill. So many a instead of a e... Even in the title! I thought hare was a member being slow to give --'. And w8 for me wasn't wait but Windows 8 (which is more a lack of knowledge in the English SMS language than anything else).
I don't understand the Learn2Maths though. Is it because 261 giveaways? That's more a subjective matter: 261 can be seen as a lot for some... :)

it's about probability - of course 261 can be more than enough to win several GAs - especially if you will enter group or private ones, solve puzzles and so on. But if all he did was entering big public no-CV GAs, which has like 3-5k entries each it's much much more probable that he didn't win anything so far compared to probabbility of him winning already with only 261 entries.

True and 261 on a year is also considered as a low number. But by re-reading the post, I understand now that he asked how many days. And you can only give an average number (and still you have to know every win compared to several criterias) as answer. In other ways, given the fact the winner is random without the time factor being considered, the only answer we can give him is: you'll win one day if you keep entering giveaways.

If you actually used the search box you would discover that its very random. I have seen people get their first win after only 2 entries, I have seen people get their first win after 4700+ entries. I myself was close to 800 entries before my first win.
In other words... ITS RANDOM.

Won my first giveaway 7 days after joining.
Won my second giveaway while marking the first giveaway as received, and couldn't figure out why the green bar would not go away.
Won my third a week later, then it slowed down considerably.

Am I the only one that joined this site because he had a few duplicate keys and keys he didn't want so instead of just letting them sit and rot, I figured someone else could use them?
Winning is just a nice side bonus to all of that. I don't care about CV or winning too much -- if I really really wanted a game bad enough I'd buy it. How many games on Steam are under 10 bucks? 5? I know not everyone has money to spend -- believe me, I was there for a long time -- but you probably have dozens, if not hundreds of games already to play -- do you really need another one right now? Just be patient, your odds are often less than one percent if not less than a tenth of a percent. Sooner or later, you'll hit that jackpot....all for Bad Rats...early congratulations to you.
And I only won this past week thanks to Tazzmatic's All-Winners group and the give a way only had one other entry. So find some groups, it helps cut the odds

For me it was similar. I found the site during Summer Sale 2012 and thought it was such a good idea I bought some extra games to give away :)
I went from July to September with zero wins but I continued to give things away in the meantime as that felt like the actual purpose of the site. The wins were just a bonus.

Take some paper and cut them in small bills. Then number them 0-1000. Put them in a box. Think of a number. Pick a bill in the box randomly. If you get the number you had in mind, you win.
