I already have this message for a few minutes after I did the survey on my own.

WTF .... done it 2 times .... each time it stopped at the survey confirmation.
Can hit the button but it makes nothing.
I try around 15 min..
And then i was pissed on and work a bit with the script....
and set the subscribe button from disable to enable.
When it work (i get at least a confirmation that a email would be send...) i edit in how you can change the button activation that you can push it :o)

EDIT: i found out what's the problem..... when i write the emailadress complete in small letters it is ok. When i use case letters he not accept them ... and such thing in the year 2017, by a bigstudio .... facepalm
EDIT 2: I got after join in with steam and so on that message: "We couldn't redeem your coupon. Error details: "Endpoint request timed out" and after that only "Sending Steam info to our servers... Sending your Steam data to our servers..."... spinning around and around and around ...but nothing happens
