Who's Your Favorite Villain?

In recent memory, I would definitely say Handsome Jack. From start to stop, he's hilarious!

The guy in my avatar, who is Sword Emperor Leonhardt from Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky trilogy. Though more accurately he'd be an antagonist since he's not outright evil. He's a very sympathetic character and anyone who was in his shoes can really see themselves going the same route he did and you know very well that if his life wasn't a complete pile of crap, he probably would have been on your side.

But what I like the most about him is just the interactions you have with him. He's incredibly polite, but at the same time will troll your characters mercilessly. And then if it suits him, he'll even help your characters out. I like him mostly because he's interesting and you can't quite predict how he will act until you really know what actually motivates him, and not the lies he tells about his motivations.
