Just Another Weather Android App

I'll posting things I notice as I go.

The design is very good, I like it, but the app is constantly Updating. it never shows the weather, just updating and updating.. Can you check it?? And the code says it is already redeemed, can you send another one?

I already have a 'problem'. I didn't let the app have my localisation and didn't gave it a manual one. But now it just endlessly try to update the informations. I can't seem to find where I can manualy input a localisation.

so it's just more beautiful then the other weather apps outthere?
i use google...

No chance to deny Location permission and manually set your town?

I will give it a try, because it looks really nice. The coupon worked for me, now.
But it would be nice if family-sharing would be activated. That way my wife could test the app, too :)

i already have a good weather app but took a look at yours the only thing i see that you might want to add if its not already in there in settings already is the ability to use "inHg" instead of "mb" for air pressure as "inHg" is more commonly used at least here in the usa:)

looks pretty interesting so far, although custom interface skin would be most certainly welcome

• Clicked the part of the screen that was supposed to give me an hourly forecast - received a forecast for the street I live on (as opposed to the city I live in), which stated "Mostly cloudy starting tomorrow morning" 24 times, from 22:00 to the following 21:00. It seems nonsensical for the forecast of "Mostly cloudy starting tomorrow morning" to be considered applicable for every hour from near-midnight to near-midnight the next day. Also, it's unusual for a weather forecast to be as precise as a specific street (not even a significant street in my city, in my case). Also, throughout the 24-hour hourly forecast, visibility in my area is apparently "null km", which I can only assume is even less than "0 km". (No blizzards, sandstorms, or mass eyeballectomies are expected for my region, according to other forecast sources.)

• "Time Machine" seems like an odd way to refer to "previous weather".

• The "More Details" button on the main screen doesn't seem to do anything.

• The circled plus-sign in the lower-right corner brings up a "Search" prompt, which is kind of a non-standard UI choice. Which is also a moot point, as entering anything (it seems to be limited to locations - is this meant to add additional cities for weather?) just produces a blank screen as a result.

• The "7 Days Forecast" lists the days of the upcoming week as "00:00", "00:00", "Sunday", "Monday", "00:00", "00:00", "00:00", and "00:00".

Overall, I'd recommend focusing on better parsing of the data being pulled from Dark Sky and fixing the bugs in the UI before you try to add more features.

Gave it a try and the premium code worked in the Play store. (thanks for that!) But, I cannot tell what having premium changed or did for it. The app still has a spot to click "Buy Premium" which does nothing when selected.
I'm not a fan of apps having persistent notifications and running constantly. Good thing yours has the option to turn that off. Only problem there is that, it's already off by default, yet the notification is always there every time I start the app. Only by turning it on, then back off, does the notification go away. It's back again though, after force closing and starting the app another time.

The aesthetics look good, but I'll still have to see what it's really doing for me that the built in Samsung weather widget isn't.

there are plenty of weather apps what is the difference? why would i need it?

edit2: take no offence mate, when designing something, designer must ask questions, define the problems, then create solution/product. so, writing in description of the app "best weather app" doesn't make it the best app. so, let me ask again, my phone has a stock app that is using accuweather's forecast w/o ads (in store page it says contains ads, but i've never seen any), w/ more info. why would i uninstall it. what is your offer?
