Downtime in 10 minutes

Hi SG,

I need to take our database offline for a few minutes to take a snapshot of the root and data volumes. I'm going to be upgrading our database software later this week and I need the snapshot to setup a testing environment. The site will only be down for 5 minutes but the cache will be cleared and the database will be slow for about 15 minutes once it comes back online as a result.
